I don't know if you saw Rose's response on the facebook thread about the interior juices reaching 212 F but that seems to be the magic number for the cornstarch to thicken the juices. As far as the dairy free dough I made second time around, I won't use that recipe again. I'm looking through coconut oil and the healthier Crisco type.
